This doll house which was made in the early 1800s. It was bought by Mrs Winifred Alice Hibberd from a shop in St. John’s Wood High Street, London in 1965 for £60. It is an engaging example of the minituare artist’s craft. Many of the furnishings have been added in modern times. Building and furnishing doll houses is great play and the following videos show that the doll house hobby is alive and well.
