1920′s Toy Theaters are idea starters for today’s toymakers.

The nostalgic newsreel from the 1920′s and the Pollock video are packed with ideas for toymakers. Toy theaters are great fun and the toymakers in these videos have captured the joy of the art. Add a few cardboard string puppets for additional creative appeal. The little theaters are an ideal toy project when combined with the printing technology available today and the universe of movies and plays to draw from. They can be made of paper and cardboard or as elaborate as your time and budget allow.
